Realizado como colaboración entre el artista Fabiano Kueva y la artista María Rosa Jijón a partir del track MIRACLE DE ROSE (Solo Éxitos) y el video arte ROSA'S CUT. Un ejercicio de poética electrónica del cuerpo a dos manos, Rosa’s cut_reloaded recoge un instante de intimidad atravesado por el dolor y lo traduce en una secuencia de imágenes que se proponen como estado de alteración del cuerpo y la psique.

Tudo is a video I made in Porto Alegre, Brasil, during the 5^th World Social Forum, in Jannuary 2005. I was supposed to show the work there, but then my small camcorder broke and I could not edit the video. Tudo is everything I could get into 5 minutes of video after three days. Tudo is all I thought that could show you what Porto Alegre showed to me.

En los últimos 25 años, Ecuador ha experimentado sus dos mayores olas migratorias. Entre 10 a 15 por ciento de ecuatorianos ha salido de su país con dirección, la mayoría de ellos, a España, los Estados Unidos, Italia, Venezuela.

Kika es una de los 13 millones de ecuatorianos y ecuatorianas que soñó con el milagro Americano, que se imagino mejores días en un primer mundo generoso y abundante. Sigue empujando su vida, junto con sus dificultades, junto con sus esperanzas, junto con un ideal nunca alcanzado.

During the last 25 years, Ecuador has gone through two of its biggest migration fluxes. 10 to 15 percent of all Ecuadorians have left the country to go to Spain, the United States, Italy and Venezuela. The second income of the country is emigrants’ remittances, only after oil exports.

Kika is one of the 13 million Ecuadorians that dreamt the American Dream, that imagined better days in a rich and generous First World. She keeps pushing forward, with all her problems, with all her hopes, with all her uncompleted dreams.

I figli degli immigrati hanno voglia di urlare. Le loro parole, sfoghi e dubbi sono stati registrati dall’artista ecuadoriana Maria Rosa Jijòn nel video “G2: Forte e chiaro”, in collaborazione con G2, rete di figli di immigrati riuniti su base generazionale e trasnazionale. Alcune delle loro nazionalità di origine: filippina, marocchina, eritrea, bengalese, cilena, cinese, senegalese, etiope, argentina ed egiziana. “Questo video raccoglie le urla di sfogo e di ironia di alcuni di noi, figli di immigrati nati o cresciuti in Italia, perché vogliamo che il Paese si renda conto della nostra esistenza, dei nostri bisogni” - spiega Mohamed Tailmoun, uno dei portavoce della rete G2.

Moravia, Medellín

37.000 habitantes en el barrio construido sobre una descarga de basura en los años ochenta. Hoy la población del "barrio que se niega a ser ciudad", vive y trabaja en medio de la basura y ha inventado sistemas de producción a partir de la recolección y procesamiento de desechos. Oldplast es un video que recoge una parte de esta realidad, testimonio de la creatividad de la gente de Moravia.

Moravia è un quartiere di 37.000 abitanti, costruito e sostentato grazie ai rifiuti, sorto dall'insediamento di comunità che giunsero in città negli anni 60. Nei primi anni 80, a causa di problemi e conflitti sociali, e grazie alla presenza della discarica municipale (allestita nel 1977), Moravia raggiunse il massimo della sua capacità abitativa (17.000 persone nel 1983). La discarica municipale generò una possibilità di sopravvivenza a partire dal recupero di materiali riciclabili, trasformando Moravia in un quartiere marginale, con una propria economia sostenuta dall'immondizia.

Moravia is a neighborhood in Medellin it has 37.000 inhabitants. Moravia was built in 1987 on a waste dump, and since then Moravians work as recyclers. After a planning and reconversion project by the local government, more than half of the population has to be moved from the slum town, to new houses outside of the city.

Roma – Latin America comes to life around a soccer field made out of dirt and dust. La polverera is never empty. One after the other the matches never stop. This professional look a like teams have less money and more fun and the women’s championship is the centre of attention and he best choice for the fans. La polverera is la Bombonera in Buenos Aires or the Parque de la Carolina back in Quito, Ecuador.

Be it a sunny or rainy day, a cold or a hot journey, the Colle Oppio Park has its own life. The Latin American atmosphere, the smells and the music, arrive with great vitality to the very centre of Rome, with the Coliseum on the background. Ecuadorian, Peruvian and Colombian players are building a new Rome made out of barbeques, salsa and cumbia, and where diverse cultures meet and melt.

It is not Cali, nor is Lima, it is simply Colle Oppio, the capital of South America in Rome.

Roma – Latinoamérica se hace presente alrededor de una cancha de fútbol hecha de tierra y polvo. La Polverera nunca se queda vacía los domingos, porque desde las primeras horas de la manana, uno tras otro, los partidos de fútbol continúan interminablemente. Estos equipos de aspecto profesional tienen menos recursos y más diversión y es el campeonato femenino el que hace las delicias de los hinchas y los curiosos. La Polverera es la Bombonera de Buenos Aires o el Parque de la Carolina de Quito.

Ya sea con sol o con lluvia, en un caluroso día de verano o en pleno invierno, el Parque de Colle Oppio tiene vida propia. La atmósfera latinoamericana, los olores, sabores y músicas, llegan con gran energía hasta el mero centro de Roma, bajo la sombra del Coliseo. Los jugadores ecuatorianos, peruanos o colombianos están construyendo una nueva Roma, hecha de asados, salsa y cumbia, donde las diferentes culturas se encuentran y se funden.

No es Cali, no es Lima, es simplemente el Colle Oppio, la capital de Sur América en Roma.
